Pascal is your personal AI coach. Your conversations are private. No one else - not your manager, not HR, not third parties - can see your individual coaching data. Your coaching conversations are used only to coach you, never to monitor or report on your behavior. We never train AI models on customer data, and you can request deletion of your data at any time. Here’s exactly how your data is handled:
Who can see your Pascal conversations and meeting transcripts

The only exception:
If Pinnacle is legally required to produce company-level data in response to a valid legal process (e.g., subpoena or lawsuit), we may do so. Even then, we do not proactively share individual coaching conversations, and we minimize disclosure to what is legally required.
What your company may see:
Companies may receive anonymized, aggregated trends only. This may include overall usage frequency or trends in the types of requests that people make over time. Companies never receive message content, individual coaching insights, or identifiable user behavior. This is only available to companies that have over 50 licenses to protect anonymity.
